Poster requirements

  

Read the full call for poster proposals.

 

   1.     Poster should focus on Open Access activities and issues; general information about institutions
        should be limited. No commercial promotion. 

 

2.     The poster should be written in English.  

 

3.     Use of appropriate graphs, tables, and photos is encouraged.  

 

4.     The local organization will make the digital posters into print. Multi-color posters are greatly encouraged.

 

5.     Final posters should measure 20 x 30” (vertical) and NOT be mounted. Materials and digital printing are available locally at:

6.     Digital copies must also be submitted in PDF by October 30 to stacie [at] arl [dot] to be displayed on the Web site. The organizers will reserve the right to use and distribute posters freely (in all formats).
